Stephanie led the team that designated Colorado’s Opportunity Zones and has 30 years of senior operating experience in the infrastructure sector. She leads our portfolio development, stabilization, and operations of Four Points housing assets. Stephanie splits her time between Denver and Vail.
Chris leads financial operations and regulations, and is a real estate transaction expert. He has led investment in 750+ assets across Colorado and Texas, and founded Four Points Funding with Stephanie. Chris resides in San Diego.
Marco has raised and managed over $90M of equity for Funds I through V. He manages our capital formation and business development. Marco has deployed over $500M in real estate and business investment capital. Marco splits his time between Boulder and Summit County.
Kyle leads our acquisitions and underwriting. He has developed over $400M and 500k sqft of real estate, with extensive entitlement, site and debt structuring. Kyle is a Basalt local serving on their Planning and Zoning Commission.
Kevin leads our multifamily asset operations, sourcing, and reporting. He has managed 3,000+ units on the Front Range and has property management to principal owner experience. Kevin resides in Denver.
Tyler comes from public accounting with several years of experience assisting businesses in various stages. Tyler manages our internal financial controls, procedures, and financial forecasting. Tyler resides in Boise.
Weston previously oversaw multifamily housing projects for the Town of Vail and City of Aspen. He specializes in modular construction and pre-project planning. Weston manages our estimating, contracting, and oversight of vertical construction. Weston is a Vail local.
Teresa has worked in accounting and marketing for several small businesses in the food and beverage, retail, and construction industries. She manages the accounting for the hospitality portfolio. Teresa is a Steamboat local.
Beck previously worked in property management and maintenance. He oversees our hospitality portfolio. Beck is a Colorado native and Steamboat local.
Alyssa has experience working with small businesses, particularly in the hospitality industry. She specializes in financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing valuable insights to help businesses grow. Alyssa resides in Fort Collins.
Our team continues to expand as we become more vertically integrated and can control more aspects of investing, development and property management. Namely, in 2021, we assembled a seasoned development team to lead our portfolio of ground-up housing developments.
Mike came to real estate development after 17 years in the architecture world with an extensive knowledge for the Rocky Mountain region. Mike oversees the design of all of our housing projects. Mike resides in Denver.
Michael has over 25 years of development experience. He performs due diligence on new opportunities and plays a hands-on role in managing all aspects of the development process for our housing projects. Michael is a Vail local.
Rob has led the acquisition, financing and asset management of over 8000 multifamily units over the last 15 years. Rob oversees the development, acquisition, and management of various of our housing projects. Rob resides in Denver.
